Visibility isn’t ego. It’s taking a position. Today, there are hundreds of technically strong people who remain unseen. Meanwhile, people with average skills but the right positioning often move faster. The equation is simple: Competence + Communication = Impact When people think of you, if they can clearly answer the question, “What problem does this person solve?” your personal brand is beginning to take shape.
