2. Nature and Scope of the Site

The Site is a corporate promotional website operated for the purposes of presenting Algosense's products and services, corporate information, blog content and career listings.

• No membership or account can be created on the Site, and no online purchase or financial transaction can be carried out through it.
• Algosense's software products and services are not provided through the Site; they are supplied under separate written agreements concluded with customers. These Terms do not replace or amend those product and service agreements and create no rights or commitments with respect to them.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Any action aimed at disrupting, overloading or blocking the operation of the Site or its infrastructure;
• Unauthorized access or attempted access to the Site, its servers or connected systems, or circumventing security measures;
• Collecting, copying or reproducing Site content without permission by means of robots, spiders, scrapers or similar automated tools;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology to the Site;
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the Site or its content;
• Using, republishing or distributing Site content for commercial purposes without Algosense's written permission;
• Actions that infringe the intellectual property, personality or other rights of third parties.

The User is liable for all damages arising from breach of these obligations; in the event of a breach, Algosense reserves the right to restrict access and to pursue legal remedies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (including trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images, videos, software and compilations) belongs to Algosense unless otherwise stated, and is protected under applicable national and international intellectual property legislation, in particular the laws of Estonia and the European Union (and, in Türkiye, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property). This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted or used for commercial purposes without Algosense's prior written permission. Short, proportionate quotations with attribution are permitted. Use of the Site does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property right or license to the User.

5. Content and Limitation of Liability

• The Site and its content are provided "as is". Algosense makes no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of the content, or that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• No content on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice; detailed explanations on this matter and information about AI-generated content are provided on the Legal Notices page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algosense cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use the Site, from decisions made in reliance on its content, or from third-party content accessed through the Site.
• Algosense reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only; Algosense has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, security or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Protection of Personal Data

Detailed information on the processing of personal data in connection with the Site is provided in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice published on the Site.

8. Changes to the Terms

Algosense may update these Terms at any time. The current version is published on the Site together with its publication date and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Without prejudice to any rights consumers may have under the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn, Estonia) has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. Algosense's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
